TECC-LEO introduces core tactical casualty care concepts at a level suitable for non-medical personnel. Through interactive lectures, hands-on skill stations, and patient simulations, participants learn how to:

- Control life-threatening hemorrhage using tourniquets and wound packing
- Conduct a rapid MARCH assessment (Massive bleeding, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia)
- Safely drag or carry victims from danger zones
- Provide care during direct and indirect threat phases
- Assist in casualty evacuation and scene safety
- Make fast, critical decisions to save lives in high-stress environments
The course is taught using realistic tactical scenarios that reflect threats such as active shooter situations, bombings, and violent encounters.
Certification & Accreditation
- Certification Validity: 4 Years
- CAPCE Accredited: 8 Hours (Continuing Education Credit available for eligible participants)
- Issued by: National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT)
