Quality Assurance at the Emergency Training Institute of T&T is managed through Kainos Management Consulting Limited (KMCL), a consultancy and training organisation that partners with clients to provide real, sustainable solutions through the development and implementation of management systems that evolve as your organisation grows. Their services include consultancy, training, workshop solutions, technical administrative support and auditing. KMCL has been providing these services to the ETITT for over twelve years. Through their services, we have managed to continuously obtain the maximum three years Registration status with the Accreditation Council of Trinidad & Tobago.

Jillene Lowhar, msc, cqpa, cqm/oe, cfsqa.

Jillene Lowhar is a management consultant, trainer and auditor.  She has a proven track record in successfully leading local and regional organisations in both the private and public sectors to achieve and maintain certification to international and national standards, including ISO standards.  As a former quality manager with over twenty (20) years of experience in management systems implementation, she currently assists companies with compliance to the environment, health and safety, food safety, education, and laboratory accreditation requirements, in addition to quality. Her training, breadth of experience, and ability to apply relevant principles across various sectors enhance her capacity to guide the implementation of individual and integrated management systems, as well as develop and facilitate training programmes specifically tailored to the needs of clients and for courses offered publicly.
