Mr. Jamille Pierre

Mr. Jamille Pierre serves as the Administrative Manager of the Emergency Training Institute of Trinidad and Tobago (ETITT), the nation’s leading provider of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) education. Since joining ETITT in 2013, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing student services, streamlining operations, and advancing institutional efficiency.

His responsibilities span student policy development, continued ACTT registration, strategic planning, and daily operational oversight. His efforts have significantly enhanced student services, policy development, and organizational performance, contributing to ETITT’s expanding influence across the Caribbean.
Mr. Pierre holds a Master of Science in International Business, Leadership and Management from the University of York (UK) and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT). He is a member of the ETITT Board of Directors and is committed to maintaining ETITT’s competitive edge in the EMS sector.

Outside of his professional work, Jamille enjoys aviation and is a recreational pilot of light aircraft, combining his love for travel and languages.

Mr. Sanjeev Badall

Sanjeev Badall is a former student at the Emergency Training Institute of Trinidad & Tobago (ETITT), where he completed his Advanced Diploma Paramedic programme. He is currently employed on a part-time basis at ETITT, where he supports the Administrative assistant and Administrative Manager with daily student registration and academic needs.

Mr.Badall also functions part time as an Instructor assistant where he works along more experienced Educators to better serve the students. During his time at ETITT as a student, Sanjeev discovered his true passion for the profession of medicine. This experience has profoundly influenced his career aspirations, and he is now focusing towards his goal of becoming a doctor. We wish Mr.Badall all the best in his pursuit and have no doubt he will make an excellent Physician.

Ms. Tamika Boucher

Ms. Tamika Boucher has been a valued member of the Emergency Training Institute of Trinidad and Tobago (ETITT) since 2019, serving as Administrative Assistant while actively contributing to emergency medical services both within and beyond the organization.

Tamika brings over 14 years of clerical experience, having worked as a Business Operations Assistant I at two primary schools under the Ministry of Education from 2004 to 2018. In 2022, she earned a Diploma in Business Administration from Oxford Graduate College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with plans to graduate by 2027.

Her passion for EMS was first sparked during her early years where she regularly assisted the Red Cross personnel. This experience led her to complete her First Aid certification in 2014, and in 2018, she obtained her Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification at ETITT and then successfully challenged and obtained the U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification. Her medium to long-term goals includes successfully completing her Paramedic education and then progressing to a specialization in Flight or Infant Transport, and eventually earning EMS Instructor certification.

Ms.Boucher is an active volunteer with the St. John Ambulance Brigade where she provides EMT coverage at public events. Tamika is also a certified electrician, having completed training at MIC-MUST in 2014 and the Industrial Electrical program at UWI Open Campus in 2015.

Tamika’s unique blend of administrative expertise, clinical training, and volunteer service reflects her deep dedication to supporting and protecting her community.

Ms. Tishelle Neptune

Ms. Tishelle Neptune is a passionate and results-driven professional who currently serves as the Quality Administrator at ETITT. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Southern Caribbean (2023) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Distinction from Oxford Graduate College (2023).

Tishelle began her career at Westshore Medical, rising swiftly from Customer Service Representative to Billings Auditor. Her dedication to youth empowerment led her to volunteer with SERVOL, where she mentored adolescents in personal and career development. She has held multiple roles at ETITT—including Office Assistant and Administrative Assistant—before advancing to her current role, where she supports operational excellence and continuous improvement.

A strong advocate for mental health and lifelong learning, Tishelle fosters inclusive, growth-focused environments. She is well respected by both students and colleagues for her empathetic leadership, commitment to professional development, and focus on resilience and well-being.
