Mr. Curt Pierre is the Chief Operations Officer with E.T.I. NV & serves as an Executive member on the Board of Directors. His responsibilities involve developing new relationships for EMS Educational programmes, establishing new\u00a0 Educational sites and provision of the required support to foster a culture that motivates faculty and staff to perform at the level of excellence necessary to improve student achievement.<\/p>\n

He has over three decades of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Mr. Pierre began his career as a firefighter with the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Services. He earned his Emergency Medical Care certification from NIHERST College and later enhanced his expertise through EMT training in New York. His extensive field experience includes service in the petrochemical sector and progressive leadership roles within Emergency Health Services in Trinidad and Tobago, where he has served as Supervisor and Operations Manager from 1999-2005.<\/p>\n

Mr. Pierre plays a pivotal role in aligning E.T.I NV operational frameworks with its mission and vision. He leads cross-functional coordination across departments to ensure the seamless delivery of administrative, academic, logistical, and technological functions.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”” wd_hide_on_desktop=”no” wd_hide_on_tablet=”no” wd_hide_on_mobile=”no”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″]\t\t

Jamille Pierre is the ChiefAdministrative Officer of The Emergency Training Institute NV, Suriname and also serves on the ETI Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

Mr. Pierre has been with the \u201cparent company\u201d, ETITT since 2013 and has created significant value towards students, clients and employees throughout the organization. Passionate about management and healthcare, his contribution within the company spans from assisting with student policy development, operational enhancements, ACTT registration, operational and strategic planning, enhancing administrative efficiency and managing ETITTs daily operations.<\/p>\n

Jamille is currently holder of a MSc degree in International Business, Leadership and Management through the University of York, United Kingdom. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts Trinidad and Tobago and has since used the knowledge and experience acquired to further enhance ETITTs competitive edge throughout the EMS sector.<\/p>\n

Jamille also holds a prime interest in aviation and flies light aircraft in his free time. Mrs. Karla-Reid Pierre<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

Mrs. Pierre is a Canadian citizen and is the Chief Executive Officer of the ETI NV. She serves on the Board of Directors as the Chairman. Her responsibilities involve providing strategic direction and educational oversight for ETITT. She has over thirty five years\u2019 experience in EMS, as a critical care paramedic and Respiratory Therapist and obtained her MBA at Saint Mary\u2019S University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.<\/p>\n

Whilst living in Canada, her experience included implementing and managing the Atlantic Health Training and Simulation Centre, and assisting in the design and implementation of EHS Lifeflight, a helicopter based high performance air medical transport service for critical patients. She was employed as a flight paramedic at EHS Lifeflight before becoming the Chief Operations Officer, for Emergency Health Services in Trinidad and Tobago in 2002 until October 2004. Karla is a certified EMS Instructor and holds instructor status with several internationally recognised bodies inclusive of Difficult Airway TM, the Emergency Nursing Association (USA) and the Canadian Aerospace Medicine and Aeromedical Transportation Association just to name a few.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”” wd_hide_on_desktop=”no” wd_hide_on_tablet=”no” wd_hide_on_mobile=”no”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″]\t\t

Randy Berghout<\/strong> is the Managing Director of ETI NV, Suriname. He is a strategic marketing professional and business consultant with expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and corporate strategy. With a strong background in developing impactful marketing campaigns, he specializes in helping businesses enhance their market presence through data-driven strategies, storytelling, and engagement-focused content.<\/p>\n

Beyond marketing, Randy is experienced in business operations, event planning, and partnerships, with a focus on long-term value creation. His analytical mindset, combined with a hands-on approach, enables him to drive innovative solutions and optimize business performance. Passionate about collaboration and continuous improvement, Randy is committed to delivering results that align with both strategic goals and customer needs.<\/p>\n
